@chrismunns @aexm Thanks. Is your "worst experience" because of backend/arch issues (API perf, reliability, too many calls with too much data over the wire, etc) or is the frontend (form design, flows, interaction, etc) a big issue too? Does web experience lower confidence in trying mobile app?
