@davenicolette I've helped teams counter a few reasons (not exhaustive) 1. Pressure from non-Eng to output features and play bug-squash whack-a-mole 2. The idea that tests are not code so "not my job" 3. Belief that things are too hard to test 4. Belief that maintaining tests is too much work
