After schools shut down, I changed my schedule to have a longer lunch then work after kid went to sleep. The pandemic has affected everyone in different ways and one of those ways is when we are available to work. Another is how "productive" each person is. Discovering real vs perceived pressure is important, even when there isn't a pandemic, but especially now that there is.Permalink
